I am thrilled to announce that we are hiring (again)! ⁣⁣⁣I am expanding my wedding team of two and looking forward to the next phase of my overall business.  I’m looking for ambitious second shooters and interns for the 2022 wedding season with the possibility of expanding this position as a permanent member of the team. If you are interested in this position, or if you have a friend that would be interested, please thoroughly read the guidelines below. Applications are due no later than May 15th, 2021.

What we are looking for:
– Someone who has a natural eye and passion for wedding photography
– Someone who is organized
– A great work ethic is super important to us, as well as someone who loves to learn, can work and problem solve independently and is very responsible
– Someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and contribute to the team
– A working knowledge of a camera & shooting in manual
– Someone who values communication, feedback, and growth (personally and professionally)
– It is a bonus if you already have experience shooting weddings, but it is not necessary to apply for this position


Other things to keep in mind:
*This will be a position that is compatible with another part-time or full-time job.
*You will be trained to have my wedding photography style while drawing out your personal style as a photographer.
*If you love taking photos but hate the business side of photography, you could be the perfect fit!

We are HIRING! For Studio Manager

I am seeking an organized and efficient studio manager/admin to help me organize the backend of my Wedding business + Associates. This is a virtual office position only, not a shooting position.
 
Applicants must be self-starters, motivated workers, and eager to learn. As a Studio Manager, you will be involved in a variety of tasks: the daily work of a photography studio, corresponding with clients via email, scheduling appointments/sessions, ongoing communication with myself via slack, and learning studio-specific software and tasks.

What we’re looking for:
– Someone who loves a supportive role, is highly organized and enjoys administrative tasks
– A great work ethic is super important to us, as well as someone who loves to learn, can work and problem solve independently and is very responsible
– Someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and contribute to our team
– Someone who is very familiar with Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. 
**Being a good writer is a bonus!
– Someone who values communication, feedback, and growth (personally and professionally)

Things you can expect from us if you end up joining our team:
– Becoming proficient in podcast content management
– The basics of using social media to grow an individual platform within a small business
– How to contribute to and interact with a small (and wonderful!) team
– What it takes to make client experience successful
– Constant feedback and encouragement


Important info:
– 3-5 hours a week to start
– $20/hour, depending on experience
