There’s a saying called, “stop and smell the flowers”.

well that’s what really happened to me last week (with a few ig stories along the way). I kind of left my feed out of my life for minute, and let me explain…I had an anxiety attack. A full on mental break with the crying and the wheezing and all the crazy things that happen to people that CRUSH 10 goals in one hour (I know, I work myself to death)
.
Sometimes I get ahead of myself and I forget to stop hustling. Like when someone runs a 5k and totally forgets to stop and breathe a few times.. you pass out right?
.
Well that’s what I’ve been doing for such a long time that I just don’t know how to rest. Which is another reason why I need a podcast to allow myself to practice what I’m gonna preach!
.
My princess is growing up right before me and I have to one day un-paint the photo she has of me. And that’s in front of a computer or a phone. .
24/7 people.
.
It’s embarrassingly true and if you notice I am gone for a few days (or even if you don’t notice) just know I am trying to love my best life sometimes and embrace my beautiful family & friends around me.
.
Make moments, people. Stop and smell the flowers along the way, Time is of the essence. Your insta feed WILL be ok for a day. Lol

I am a plant mom of so many and it IS addicting, I have several pothos plants, aloe vera and snake plants, and two fiddle leaf figs (that are barely hanging on lol).

I am a wife and a mom to my daughter Ella who always brings such lighthearted comedy in our lives

In my stories you will find a little bit of everything most of it is daily life a messy mom business tips here and there

No, I am not Filipino, I am Korean, Black, and Native American...even Filipinos ask and lol nope.. .
I used to be a bookworm all throughout school. I miss having so much time to read books lol.
When I was a teenager, I wanted to be a professional singer or actress lol (such a type 3)

In general, I LOVE all types of food but, I can never pass up good sushi, fancy tacos, or well-made pizza.

My biggest piece of advice for anyone is just taking the first step, you never want to wonder what if and you never know what is on the other side. --

While they were signing the marriage license I remember seeing Kevin scoot his hand near hers. And I just about died. 💕
