Khariza’s journey began in 2016 when she was searching for a career that resonated with her true interests. With a background in graphic design, her day job was anything but thrilling.  She had always enjoyed taking photos during her travels, so she thought, “Why not give photography a shot?” Her first gig came when a friend needed a photographer for a Vietnamese tea ceremony. Despite having no prior wedding photography experience, Khariza seized the chance, charging a modest fee. This experience showed her that she could really make it in wedding photography.

Khariza started building her portfolio by photographing friends, family, and coworkers. She hustled for second shooting gigs through Facebook groups, learning from experienced photographers and gaining valuable insights. Initially, photography was just a side hustle, but then COVID-19 hit, bringing a flood of inquiries and giving her the push to think about going full-time.

The Power of Community and Support

Feeling stuck with her outdated website and clueless about marketing, Khariza stumbled upon the Wedding CEO program. The promise of personalized support and practical strategies was like a beacon.
